• Remove all debris from gutters, downpipes and valleys

• Remove and refit any existing gutter guard where necessary.

• Check all downpipes and clear any blockages found. (cleared firstly with tongs, then use high pressure air to clear out remainder debris).

• Supply digital before and after photos of the job.

• We employ a highly efficient water-fed pole system to ensure exceptional results.

• Utilising a soft-bristled brush and purified water, we meticulously scrub the panels, effectively agitating and loosening any accumulated dirt.

• Following this thorough cleaning process, we proceed to rinse the panels with purified water, leaving them to air dry naturally, resulting in a spot-free, pristine finish.

DISCLAIMER: We are not qualified roofers, so we will only be able to do the below minor repairs. If we do see something of concern we will provide a roof report on it along with a referral for a qualified roofer to do the work.

• Fixing cracked tiles with silicone (If no spare tiles are available).

• Fixing broken tiles with a high quality waterproof flashing material (If no spare tiles are available).

• Burn out old silicone with Ultra Gas heating at 1982°C.

• Wire brush it clean.

• Then using a hand-held blower, blow everything out of the gutter.

• Reseal the join with a high-quality adhesive sealant.

Trim back any trees that are encroaching on the roof and blocking access to the gutters
