However, we service all metal and tiled roofs for Residential, Commercial and Strata properties.

Please note we are unable to service slate roofs.

  • Yes, our preference is that we walk on your roof to carry out our gutter cleaning. Our technicians are skilled at this as they have been trained to walk on roofs without causing damage.

The reasons we prefer this method are:

    • So we can see what’s in your gutters and make sure your gutters are fully cleared.

    • So we can visually assess the roof and gutters for any repairs that may be needed.

  • Gutter cleans vary because the pricing depends on how much debris is in your gutters, how high the roof is, the pitch of your roof, access to your roof, etc.

  • No, all our quotes are free of charge.

  • Quotes - If you can’t be home on the day of the quote, please make yourself available on the day for a brief phone call so we can discuss the quote with you and address any questions or concerns that you may have.

Cleans - If you are unable to be home on the day of the clean, you must make sure there is access provided for us to get on the roof. If you would like us to clean up around the whole property you must leave us access to the backyard.

This can include: leaving your gate unlocked, arranging for a neighbour to give access, etc.

We will ensure you are provided with before and after pictures of your gutters, so you know you have received a quality service.

  • Gutters are one of those things that are often forgotten about regarding maintenance.

If your gutters are blocked, then that can cause damage to your ceiling, walls and even eaves. this is because the water has nowhere to go, except back flowing into the ceiling. This can cost you more money in repairs than it would to clean the gutters.

  • We recommend you get your gutters cleaned regularly

We can set you up in our system for a regular clean, that way we will remind you when your next clean is coming up and we can stay on top of your Gutter Maintenance. All the stress will be off you!

  • It can vary, however, on average we would recommend anywhere between 6-12 months.
